Our Arla Havarti cheese uses the same recipe from 1852 with milk from Arla Farmers no further than 100km away to ensure freshness and quality. Partly inspired by the Tilsit cheese, it has a pure and mild acidulous flavour with its classic dense structure filled with tiny holes.
